POSITION OVERVIEW

The Lead Maintenance Technician's role is to perform service requests, grounds maintenance tasks and maintaining the physical and mechanical integrity of the property at all times.

DUTIES

Coordinate, Supervise and Assist with all maintenance requests including:

• Prompt and courteous handling of all resident service requests.
• Maintenance of vacant apartments
• Walk property and remove trash continually.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment owned or leased by the property.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of parts and supplies.
• Maintain common areas and grounds

Required maintenance includes, but not limited to:

• HVAC (must have certification)
• Electrical panels and property lighting
• Pools and pool equipment
• Appliances
• General plumbing
• General carpentry repairs
• Lawn care

All personnel in this position must have basic knowledge about the safe use and maintenance of the following tools, including but not limited to:

• Hand tools: wrenches, grips, hammers, wire cutters, saws, etc.
• Power tools: sanders, saws, drills, key machines, etc.
• Moving equipment: wheelbarrows, dollies, hand trucks, buckets, step ladders, full ladders, etc.
• Mechanical equipment: sewer machines, carpet shampooers, lawn mowers, edgers, compressors, blowers, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
